Athletes

Dr. Curtis has spent 25 years helping student athletes excel in their sports and he has contributed to High School, NCAA, Olympic and Professional championships

He has put together a workbook for athletes that challenges you to identify both your large goals and the skills that you will have to develop to achieve those goals.

He then teaches you about your brain's natural resistance to success - and what you can do to grow the emotional and mental strength you will need to 1) grow your skills and 2) make the most of the important performance challenges that you will face - i.e., more Zone experiences.
