Dr. Curtis will acknowledge your purchase of a phone coaching session with an email that will allow you to schedule a session with him.
Your Performance Coaching session will focus on helping you set and commit to your life and performance goals. You will also be encouraged to identify and creatively address some of the issues in your life that might make it difficult to pursue your goals.
Finally, Dr. Curtis will help you build and record your Calm Card mental strength training statements on your phone.
As you commit to - and visualize in 3-D - your largest goals, they start to create mental networks and it becomes much more likely that you will do the hard work to achieve those goals.
You may purchase additional and ongoing coaching sessions.
