An introduction to living with greater calm, more peace of mind, and improved life quality.
You are invited to join us for a 1½ day retreat that will provide you with a unique sequence of trainings, activities and experiences designed to improve your day-to-day life quality.

This retreat will encourage you to assess and enhance your day-to-day life quality during these stressful times.
You will be introduced to new strategies for creating more moment-to-moment satisfaction and calm. Just as importantly, you will learn how to move through your natural resistance to change so that you can successfully weave these new calming strategies into your life.
